Hardcover first published 1996 by CollinsWillow. The jacket is whole, but rubbed and worn, with creases and short tears to the top edge. The black boards with gilt titling are square and sharp. There are two small chips out of the top of the half-title page, and all pages are lightly tanned, but otherwise clean and unmarked. Signed by the author on the title page.
