Well-preserved programme with original  tied blue thread at spine. Foundation stone was laid by Edward Prince of Wales. Large format 33 x 21 cm. Features two drawings of the entrance and common room of the gentlemans' residence, now Smuts Hall. Includes a page on the "Description of Buildings", and another with "Plan of the Buildings Shewing Layout " Bilingual. There is a light crease, else very good indeed.
