Hardcover published by the Girl Guides Association. Commemorative book of the 1924 Girl Guide World Camp and Conference July 16th to 23rd, 1924, Foxlease. The card boards are edge-worn and handled, with scuffing and bumps to faces and edges. Both are slightly bowed. A pen inscription to a previous owner (possibly by one of the Quarter-Masters involved) is written on the first end-paper. There is some foxing to these pages, as well as to the edges of the pictorial end-papers (colour plan view sketch of layout of Foxlease House). There is evidence of minor liquid marks to the bottom of some pages, but they are otherwise clean and unmarked. Includes a listing of delegates from the Union of South Africa.
