The typewriter's MOTOR DOES SWITCH ON, so there is power but the KEYBOARD is NOT WORKING and the back casing
has a bracket missing. Please also look at the notes on & under the photos for my comments on the condition of this unit.
My research regarding the problem that the keyboard is non-functional suggests that the machine is IN NEED OF REPAIR.
It was a very reliable machine so it should well be worth having it fixed.
At some stage the typewriter was placed on something that has marked and
abraded the casing underneath.
There is no case for this unit.
