Hand Painted by Gladys Scarlett. Registered shape 755536.
Info: Gravy Boat and Saucer, hand painted by Gladys Scarlett who worked for a time with Clarice Cliff.
The Registration mark and stamp indicate that the Gravy Boat and Saucer were manufactured in England circa 1945.
Gladys Scarlett was the first paintress to assist Clarice Cliff with her brand new invention of Bizarre-ware in 1927.

Condition: Very Good, a well cared for piece that would grace any collection, a fantastic looking piece of history suitable for the well lit kitchen display cabinet.
