Hmc1118 Non-reflective Single Pole Double Throw (spdt) Switch 13ghz

The HMC1118 is a general purpose, broadband, non-reflective single pole double throw (SPDT) switch in an LFCSP surface mount package. The switching frequency ranges from 9 kHz to 13.0 GHz with high isolation and low insertion loss.The switch features more than 48 dB of isolation, 0.68 dB insertion loss at 8.0 GHz and below, and a final RFOUT settling time of 7.5 s with 0.05 dB headroom. The switch operates with positive control voltage logic lines of +3.3 V and 0 V and requires +3.3 V and 2.5 V supplies.When only one positive supply voltage is applied and the negative supply voltage (VSS) is grounded, the HMC1118 operates over the same frequency range and still maintains good power handling performance.
