- Compatible printer's include the Ricoh SG2100N, SG3100, SG3110, SG7100 & SG3110SFNw
- Will work in the Sawgrass SG400/800 models, but with on-screen error messages that need to be confirmed by pressing # repeatedly. The SPM/VPM software may also behave erratically (print checks all over the page like a watermark).
- The auto reset function of the chips will not work correctly, if your printer has not first had the "starter cartridges" / chips installed. If you intend to use these in a brand new printer, a chip swap / exchange is required (as per included instructions)
