Three volume softcover second edition published 2012 by High Branching, in a slipcase that has a short split along a corner joint, but that is still fully functional. Each volume in virtually as new condition, the first having a signed and dated author dedication to the half-title page, and his signature and date of 27.02.13 again on the title page. Volumes two and three are each signed and dated on the title page.
