The first stage: soft, used for about 1 month, used for the initial stage of correction The second stage: slightly hard, use for 2-3 months or so, further adapt to correction The third stage: hard, use for 3-6 months, increase the strength of correction, for later correction Features: 1. Simple applicable, humanized design, wear comfortable Matters needing attention 1. When wearing it, relax your mouth and do not bite the mouthguard 2. Do not put the mouthguard in boiling water 3. At the beginning of use, there will be drooling, tooth pain, nausea and other phenomena. These are normal victory reactions, which need to be adjusted for a period of time 4.
