I cannot make out the signature clearly enough to verify with certainty the artist so I'm not putting a name to it - please see photo and do yr own research as their is a 20th century artist similar to this
It's no doubt a stunning piece of art and highly detailed - not dated however I've been dealing with art long enough to know this frame dates 70's through 80's
Minor age related scuff marks around the frame which can be easily touched up if need be. Normal age related discoloration of the inner material border
