Hardcover, firs published 1950 by Phoenix House Limited. The card jacket is whole, with a few minor bumps and wear to some edges. It is covered in plastic, and there are consequently six tape residue marks on the inside flaps. All pages are clean and unmarked. "The first test match - 73 years ago - at Melbourne, and England all out 108! Four-ball overs; as many as you could run for a 'lost ball' bets on the match and on the players' scores; and champagne for dinner on Sundays!"
