The pressure in the engine and oil vapors cause the valve to fail quickly. The engine pushes more and more oil into the intake tract. This pushes oil into the combustion chamber, which is also burned. The result is an increased combustion temperature in the combustion chamber. Finally, parts of the exhaust valves burn down and the cylinder loses compression and the Smarti then only runs on 2 cylinders. Due to the excessive combustion temperature, oil sludge is also deposited on the piston rings. These then also no longer seal properly ... even more oil gets into the combustion chamber ... So it is worth replacing this valve more often than intended. The procedure is simple and can be carried out by any layperson himself.
