Volumes one and two, hardcover, first published 1930 by Harcourt, Brace And Company, no jackets with either book. Volume one has large patches of liquid staining to mostly the front board and spine (which is also slightly cocked), but that have not affected the book internally at all. Volume two has a small patch of liquid staining to the top right corner of the front board, but all pages are also unaffected. Both books have light shelf soiling to the external bottom edge of the pages.
