In good condition but some notes:
- The 2x chains have been repaired
- A piece of the wolf door clip is broken but included so you can stick it back on yourself. Doesn't affect functionality of the piece and isn't visible when assembled
- Slight peeling on one of the interior floor stickers that needs to be stuck down
- A bit dusty from storage; could do we a spring clean
