This is a charming figurine produced by the world famous and highly collectible Royal Doulton factory in Stoke on Trent, England.
It was designed by Timothy Potts and was issued for just a short time in 1998 only. It was commissioned by the Doulton visitors centre and features The Countess Of Chell, who is taken from the Arnold Bennett comedic novel The Card.
She is first quality and in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration.Unboxed
Any bright white marks to the figure are due to light relection.
