Vintage Leitz Prado Slide Projector

Slide projector is in good working condition. Cosmetically it still looks very good for it's age, with only slight corrosion. The film attachment with the rollers has damage to one of the rollers (side broken off), but it should not affect the functionability of the attachment. Little information could be found on this item but it seems to be a 35mm film projector as well as a normal 35mm slide projector.
Does not come in a case. Has 3 lenses (S,M,L), but the medium lens does not have the glass lens (tube only).
Projector measurements 36cm x 11cm x 25cm.

The Leitz Prado is a vintage slide projector that was manufactured by the German company Leitz in the mid-20th century. It was a popular choice among photographers and enthusiasts who wanted to display their photographic work in a larger format. The Leitz Prado was known for its high-quality optics and precise construction. It was designed to project 35mm slides, and its lens had a maximum aperture of f/2.5, which allowed for bright and clear projections. The projector was also equipped with a focusing system that ensured sharpness and clarity in the projected images. One of the standout features of the Leitz Prado was its design. The projector had a sleek and minimalist look, with a black metal body and a simple control panel. It was compact and lightweight, making it easy to transport and set up for presentations. The Leitz Prado was a reliable and durable projector, and many units still function today, despite being several decades old. Its popularity among photography enthusiasts is a testament to its quality and enduring appeal. In conclusion, the Leitz Prado slide projector was a vintage gem that has stood the test of time. Its high-quality optics, precise construction, and sleek design made it a popular choice for photographers and enthusiasts alike. Despite being several decades old, the Leitz Prado remains a reliable and durable projector that can still be used to display photographic work in a larger format.
