Info: Pair of stoneware beer mugs with a 300ml capacity specially made for Lufthansa. Coats of arms of the 11 old federal states of West Germany + 1 German Beer coat of arms dates the production of the mugs to the 1980's.
The 11 constituent Länder of West Germany, then, were Bavaria, Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Lower Saxony, North RhineWestphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Schleswig-Holstein, Baden, Württemberg-Baden, and Württemberg-Hohenzollern (the last three were merged in 1952 to form Baden-Württemberg, and in 1957 Saarland became the 10th Land).
