1899 Mortgage Indenture
Damaged - Poor Condition
The is an original 1906 Mortgage Indenture and NOT a reproduction. It has the original Stamp as recorded in the Office of the Register of the City and County of New York and original seal, still intact. The principles involved in the indenture were Mr Afred and Katie O'Keeffe to Mary Grace Richardson concerning a Mortgage for a parcel of land in New York City to the amount of $26 000.
It measures 710 mm x 215 mm in total and 210mm x 90mm when completely folded(as shown)
The indenture in in poor condition, the ink has not faded and is clearly legible. The document itself looks clear with the usual folds.
