Hardcover first published by Frederick Muller, copyright date 1957. The jacket is worn and marked, with several chips and tears, and larger pieces missing from the edges. The green boards with gilt titling are clean and square, with narrow strips of sunning to the head and foot of the spine. The pages are lightly tanned but otherwise clean and unmarked.
