The SSV's cylindrical design optimizes air resistance and provides a natural cooling effect and its specially inverted design will assure that no materials ever fall out of the wand into the unit. Silver Surfer Vaporizer Warranty
Your SSV is backed up by 3 year limited warranty. All warranty issues from end users will be handled by 7th Floor LLC. Any units sent in less than perfect condition will be eligible for replacement with another unit as long as unused. Customer will have seven working days to inspect the product and bring to the attention of 7th Floor any less than perfect units.
