Hardcover with jacket. Green linen boards, gilt lettering to spine. Binding tight, 558 pages, crisp and clean inside, b/w photographs plus 120 drawings. Signature and dated address on front end page. The jacket is unclipped , frayed at spine top end. A 6 cm tear at spine (front bottom end); overall in good condition. 

Published in 1958 by Rupert Hart-Davis, Soho Square London.
