This product uses ultrasound to prevent unnecessary barking of dogs. 2. The product has a total of 4 gear functions: OFF-used to save battery power and extend battery life. 3. Test: Used to test whether the microphone and speaker are functioning normally. 4. Level 1: Detection range of 5 meters 5. Level 2: detection range of 10 meters 6. Level 3: 15m detection range. 7. The product uses a 9V battery (not included in the shipment), and the detection mode is the switch from OFF to the TEST position. 8. Blow or make a sound into the microphone at a close distance, the ultrasonic transmitter will beep 3 beeps, and the LED light will be on 3 times at the same time. It means that the product is functioning normally.
