This antique, English hallmarked silver and enamel fob medal has the words 'NORTHERN DISTRICT' at the top and 'HOSPITAL SATURDAY FUND' below, with the engraved date '1903-4' below that. It was made in Birmingham in 1904 and is stamped on the lower back 'H.G.C.' for the makers 'Horace George Croneen', and on the top 'CRONEEN, NEW BROMPTON'. Other than some damage to the enamel work, it's in great condition, and measures 4cm x 3cm, with a weight of 13,4g.
