Features a silver-plated wirework footed stand with 2 trumpet-shaped vases
Hallmarked with vertical openwork marked partitions on the reverse
Letters are in separate outlines with EPNS in a shield, indicating it was made in England, usually after 1891
Manufactured by George Ernest Hawkins, circa 1901
