Numbered 4403 . One of the 2750 numbered copies of the second impression of the first edition. The first edition comprised 2500 copies. Near fine, excellent clean tight condition. Bookplate on front free endpaper. Laminated dust jacket is strikingly illustrated on the front, repaired at back and with small chips under the laminate. Numerous colour maps, some fold-out.
Many colour maps. 34 Maps present, including all 10 larger fold-out maps (1:1 000 000 scale maps).
Maps include demografia, linguisticos, etnicos, pecuaria, fauna, agricultura, silvicultura, missionaria etc. An interesting record of Mocambique at the end of the colonial period.
