Hardcover first published 1960 by Oliver And Boyd. The jacket is worn and marked, with large pieces missing from the head and foot of the spine, and several other short tears to edges. The boards are lightly edge-worn, with a mild crease the length of the spine, and some wear to the titling on the spine. The top external page edges are shelf-dusted, and all are lightly tanned, but otherwise clean and unmarked.
