Softcover, published by Jonathan Ball Publishers, 2007. The wraps are rubbed and edge-worn, and the corners are bumped. Liquid has marked in patches the top edges of the pages, and has also wrinkled the top part of the majority of the pages towards the rear of the book, but has not affected the text. The half title page has been inscribed and signed by Colin Eglin, dated 17/9/2007, presumably at the London launch of the book, as the inscription refers to that event.
