CPU & GPU HAVE BEEN REPASTED.
AMD GPU drivers are somewhat finicky,
PC requires a restart after turning on from being unplugged, for the GPU to correctly load drivers to start gaming.
Someone familiar with AMD may have a better chance of making the drivers work correctly.
Please note the GPU was acquired in an auction, there's no box or history of it, but has been stress tested and working fine.
It's only the GPU drivers that aren't working perfectly on first boot from being unplugged at the wall, but works great once switched on and restarted.
Everything else works perfectly in the PC, from CPU, RAM, motherboard, storage & PSU, - flawless and fast, no issues at all.
Please note - the PC does not require a reboot to work correctly when the GPU is removed.. its only the gpu drivers for gaming that requires that little trick done.
