Large Antique 'Arts & Crafts' Copper Hot Water Jug/Kettle
This wonderful, very large, antique, arts & crafts style, heavy gauge copper kettle or hot water jug from the early 1900's features a strong, hinged top handle with decorative mounts, a fixed handle on the side and a lovely short wide spout. It was probably used, in its day, to heat water to fill bathtubs. This impressive piece would make a beautiful garden watering can, and other than some minor discolouration to the top, which can be polished off, it's in great condition with a lovely, aged patina. It stands 37cm high (22cm without handle), has a base diameter of 28cm and weighs a heavy 2,8kg.
