Large Magnificent MURANO Cenedese Bull Figurine Sommerso red and blue ART GLASS GOLD LEAF
This listing is for a large MURANO hand blown figurine of a (anatomically correct) bull, with curly horns. It has two colours, red and blue submerged (sommerso) within clear glass. There is the added attraction of gold leaf in the horns and tail. This is always sought after by collectors.
I learned that Balboa was an import / exporter of Venetian glass,
Size 23 x 17 x 17cm
condition,only concern I have is the tail.I first thought it had been regluded but from the one side it hasn't.It is rough in places.I will take it to a glass specialist to see if they can let me know.
