Johannesburg: Perskor Publishers. This is a very, very scarce book with the one copy on Antiquarian Auctions (not in perfect condition) selling for $3500 / R54 000 (Auction 23) and another copy selling for $3042 / R48 000 (Auction 38).
This book is divided into two main sections. The first part consists of three chapters: 1. Juvenilia (1886-1913); Chapter 2: Maggie Laubser: Her evolution as an artist; and Chapter 3. exhibitions 1909-1980.
The second section - from page 91 to 390 is a catalogue that contains all her works that have been traced, except for her sketchbooks and a few loose sketches. This is of significant value for art collectors.
The introductory text gives a chronological account of the artists life 1883 to 1973 the year of her death.

Binding: Hard cover with laminated pictorial cover. It does not seem to have been published with a dust jacket.
