BOTH BOOKS ARE FIRST EDITIONS 

This is, like Confessions of a Story Writer, a collection of short stories, with biographical notes and some discussion about the writing of them.
1961. 433 pages. Pink jacket over blue cloth. Pages are clean and bright with a firm binding. Endpapers and page edges are lightly tanned and foxed. Boards are a little rub worn with some slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Michael Joseph, 1961. Hardcover. Dust jacket torn.  Blue boards with gilt lettering on spine. A very clean copy with no inscriptions or markings. Original dust jacket, price-has NOT been clipped. 
Mrs. 'Arris Goes to Paris is the title of a Paul Gallico novel originally published in 1958. In the United Kingdom, it was published as Flowers for Mrs Harris.It was the first in a series of four books about the adventures of a London charwoman.
