Hardcover octavo first published 1982 by Macmillan South Africa (Publishers) (Pty) Ltd in a whole jacket showing light wear along edges. Original ochre cloth with gilt titling on the front and spine. Well illustrated with many photographs, 295 pages including index, the last page having a short note in pen. This copy contains a signed dedication by the author to James Clarke, dated October 1982, thanking him for his assistance producing the book.
