Swarovski Silver Crystal code numbers: 010 029 / 010029 / 7460 108 000 This beautiful retired Swarovski crystal Bird Bath was designed by the late, great Max Schreck and was introduced in 1980. Swarovski decided to retire the piece in 2007. The bowl is made from clear, facetted crystal and 2 frosted birds sit on the edge of it. It is believed that in some countries, a small pack of decorative stones came with the piece, but these were not available in the USA, nor did they always find their way to the unsuspecting customer! Here at The Crystal Lodge, we have seen many of these without the stones, and are unclear whether the piece always came with them, whether it was a later addition/removal or if there were different policies around the world which decided on the inclusion of the stones. This particular piece comes without stones. The bird bath is 3 ½ (89 mm) in diameter and it was part of the Feathered Friends and later Feathered Beauties Swarovski family groupings
