Hardcover first published in Great Britain, 1956, by the Cresset Press. Apart from a 4cm x 3cm piece torn from the back at the spine, the jacket is whole and clean, with additionally some minor wear to the top edges. The boards are clean, square and solid. All pages are clean and unmarked.
