Hardcover first published in Great Britain 1968 by Psychic Press Ltd. The jacket is worn, marked and rubbed, with several chips and tears to edges and folds. The red boards with black titling are clean and square, with a crease the length of the spine. Apart from the names and addresses of two previous owners on the half-title page, the pages are clean and unmarked.
