About the Artwork:
This image is rooted in music. It is an opus for the art of
sound and the nuances between them. It also captures my psychic connection with Nature as as an omnipresent deity.
I'm not a graphic designer, but I am
an artistic designer in that I balance shapes, depth of form, juxtapose and
contrast light and so on. These painterly mood studies (as well as some of my paper studies)
are very honest and expressive pieces; much more open than most of my pictorial
or veristically abstract pieces. If I had to mention who served as inspiration
for the piece I'd have to single out both Marcel Duchamp and Roberto Matta,
although not overtly mutable and biomorphic as the paintings of Matta.
