- Always warm up and don't overtrain
- focus on quality repetitions, rather than quantity
- Generally, perform 2 warm-up sets (12-15 reps of low resistance), followed by 3 full-power sets of medium to high resistance, performing each set to failure, failing on 6-9 reps.
- train like this 3 times a week.
