Will never snap: A soft blend of polyester and latex with robust threading means they will never snap like rubber bands and will last for ages. The rubber wave on the inside prevents them from slipping up and down your legs and interfering with your thigh, hip, and booty workouts.

Three Resistance Levels: to accommodate all fitness levels.

Perfect length for squats: While doing your squats, it's also important to have the option of a full extension from knee to knee about 70cm, which is the length of these bands. Use these for lunges, side steps, squats, and leg kickbacks. Your thighs and booty are going to burn!
