5 Star Furniture will endeavour to repair or replace the item in question within a reasonable time frame (2-3 weeks). If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund might be a consideration. The final decision for a refund will be at the sole discretion of 5 Star Furniture.
Please return the item in the original packaging and original and the original, re-sellable condition. The cost of the return is for the account of the customer.
Delivery fees are not refundable. We use external service providers for delivery, the diesel/petrol is a consumable item.
An admin fee of up to 7% may apply on cancelled orders to cover administrative and other costs. The latter also applies to transactions cancelled before collection/delivery.
Goods damaged during transportation affect the seller, buyer, and private carrier that moved the goods. 5 Star Furniture checks the product quality and ensures that the packaging prohibits damages during transport. We do not take responsibility for any damages caused by any 3rd party courier/carrier. In the event of damage, 5Star Furniture will provide an administrative service to claim such losses from the 3rd party/carriers.
