with a bible and bottle of mead tucked under his arm

Plays the tune "How Dry I Am" -  musical movement in working order - figure turns as tune plays

good overall condition, cork on stopper in very good condition, there is a small chip on base

No visible identifying marks but possibly made in Japan c 1950's
