How to use worry beads
- Loop the beads around your fingers
- Start just above the guru bead, use your thumb to slide each bead towards you
- Use your thumb and your index finger. Not your pointer finger
- Repeat a mantra, count the beads or use breath work on each passing bead
- At the end using one hand flip the worry beads around and reverse the process
Repeating a Mantra
