To Increase Speed 1. Turn the ring until the hole is on-top and all the air is at the hole 2. Gradually remove 0.5ml of air with the syringe 3. Test speed and see if you are happy with the new rate of movement 4. If not repeat step 2 until the required speed is reached 5. If you get to the point where you remove all the air, the sand will instantly drop
To Decrease Speed 1. Turn the ring until the hole is on-top and all the air is at the hole 2. Gradually add 0.5ml of air with the syringe 3. Test speed and see if you are happy with the new rate of movement 4. If not repeat step 2 until the required speed is reached 5. If you get to the point where you add too much air, the sand will be stuck and not drop at all
