Hardcover first published in Great Britain 1985 by Leo Cooper in association with Secker & Warburg Limited. The jacket is whole, but lightly rubbed and edge-worn, with two price labels stuck to the rear. The blue boards with gilt titling are square and sharp, and the pages clean and unmarked.
