 Lisa Brice secured her place as one of South Africas highest-earning living artists when her painting No Bare Back, After Embah sold for a staggering $3 166 000 on Sothebys 'The Now Sale' in New York.

This is a great accomplishment for a female artist, as the art world has mainly been dominated by male artists
