The oil pump primer tool allows you to spin the oil pump with a drill motor and increase the oil pressure and move the oil to the top of the engine before starting the engine, preventing unnecessary wear and damage to the rotation and valve train components.Designed to fit in your distributor hole and no need to modify. Works by connecting to the oil pump shaft through the distributor hole and inserting in oil pump.Thick shaft design with triangle shaped end for no slippage. Use with 3/8inch or 1/2inch chuck hand drill.Featuring a special aluminum sleeve that accurately positions the shaft and keeps it from wobbling. Primer shafts are rated at 170,000 psi to ensure extended service life.Suitable for SB/BB Chevy V6 &V8 Engines.
