Telecaster control plate that has been pre-wired with vintage spec cloth wire, full size pots with brass shaft (flat bottom or concave - which ever we have available at the time), Duncan treble bleed to prevent treble loss when rolling back volume, High quality output jack soldered to twisted cloth wires, we twist them so the ground acts as a shield to reduce noise. Vintage style high quality 3 way selector switch. 2 dome top control knobs. Black tophat style switch tip. We also have strat style conical switch tips that are larger than a standard strat tip, available in white, black or cream. Let us know if you prefer one of those.

You need to solder the grounding wire from your bridge to the top of the volume pot, you also need to solder the ground of each pickup to the top of the volume pot and the hot of each pickup to the switch. Everything else is already soldered and assembled.
