The Official Mixer's Manual by Patrick Gavin Duffy. This is an ultra rare 1st edition, and it is in the even scarcer dust jacket. It is a post-prohibition cocktail recipe book of 1300 glamorous and decadent cocktails. Patrick Gavin Duffy was chief bartender at the old Ashland House, who served Edwin Booth, Oscar Wilde, Jim Corbett etc.
