vintage Norah Wellings Jolly Boy sailor doll Norah Wellings made a number of Jolly Boy felt sailor figures, which were sold as souvenirs aboard cruise liners. ships between 1926 - 1959.
Norah Wellings made her cloth dolls in the Victoria works located in Wellington United Kingdom.
The little sailor is wearing a blue velvet sailors suit trimmed with blue & white collar & white lanyard with
stitched joints, molded hands and painted faces.
It has Oranjefontein embroidered on his cap.
Circa 1940s.
Great condition for its age,no rips or tears.Looks like its been packed away.Hat still white (please refer to photos for condition)
