Vintage oil painting from the 1940's on plywood. Bit battered and paint worn off over the years, but still makes a quaint vintage statement. Sounds like Dutch name (see below signature and date) also Dutch windmill in distance to the left of painting. Size: 39cm x 30cm
White spots are where the paint has worn off over the years.
Paint is a bit thin in certain areas. Signed C.J.Pypers - date looks like 1944?
